Pre-order

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max cases are available to pre-order until Friday 6 November, dispatching week commencing 30 November.

Pre-orders are subject to a minimum order quantity for each model. If the minimum isn't reached for your model, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

If your order also includes in-stock items, these will be sent straight away, with your pre-order item following separately once it's ready.

Personalisation

Make it yours with up to three initials in gold foil, complimentary with every Cala piece. Personalisation is available in uppercase letters only.

Personalised pieces are dispatched within 3-5 working days. As each piece is made just for you, personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Care

To help your initials keep their glow, keep your Cala piece away from hand creams, sun lotion and perfume, and give it a gentle wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed. When not in use, store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun - its dust bag is the perfect place.
