Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, simply log into your account or start your return here. Our returns portal will guide you through the process step by step.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be processed.
A Few Things to Note
- Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed
- We recommend trying bikini bottoms on over your own underwear before removing the hygiene strip
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Items that do not meet our returns requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange
UK Returns
UK customers can choose from two return options:
Pre-paid Royal Mail Return – £4
Use our paperless Royal Mail returns service and simply scan the QR code provided at your local Post Office. A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Arrange Your Own Return
You can also return your parcel using a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
International Returns
Customers outside of the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Any duties, taxes or additional charges incurred when returning an item to us are the responsibility of the sender.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.
For UK exchanges, the £4 return fee still applies when using our pre-paid Royal Mail return service. Once your return has been processed, Orfila Bee will send your replacement item to you free of charge.
If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Store Credit
Prefer to shop with us again? You can choose to receive your refund as Orfila Bee store credit and we’ll add an extra 15% bonus to the value of your return.
For example, a £100 return becomes £115 in store credit to spend on a future order.
Simply select the store credit option when submitting your return through our returns portal.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, checked and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Original delivery charges and applicable return fees are non-refundable.
