Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, simply log into your account or begin your return here - we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
A few things to note
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed
- We recommend trying on bikini bottoms over your own underwear before removing the strip
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
UK Returns
For UK customers, we offer two return options:
- Use our paperless Royal Mail returns service with a pre-paid label provided by us. Simply scan the QR code at the Post Office when dropping off your return. A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Arrange your own return using a courier of your choice.
International Returns
Customers outside of the UK will need to arrange their own return shipping using a courier of their choice. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
