We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking details.

Order before 4:30pm (Monday–Friday) for next business day delivery. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Standard Delivery – £4.50
Delivered within approximately 3–5 working days.

International Shipping

Europe – Express Shipping – £14.99
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

USA/Canada – £30
Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days.

UAE – £40

Australia/New Zealand – £60
Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

We ship worldwide, and all applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. This means there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required for your order will be clearly displayed and paid upfront during checkout. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by us.

While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, please note that customs processing times may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.

Returns Due to Unpaid Charges

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges (where applicable), we will issue a refund for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs and any additional return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
